An observation and evalution meeting is requested.
A student review is conducted by the committee.
Parents are notified of acceptance and curriculum fee is due.
The initial procedure for admission and registration will be for families to submit a completed application. A follow up orientation for families will insure that all parties are fully informed of the mission, academic design, governance and operations of the school with a clear understanding of school and family responsibilities and expectations.
Following this, a formal commitment agreement will be signed and submitted along with information from the school district affirming the student’s eligibility as a special needs student eligible for special funding.
Student enrollment shall be reported to the district as required in 236.081, F.S. The FTE enrollment verification and student attendance will be reported in a regularly and in a timely manner, as per district requirements.
